Allie Miller Commercial Photography Chosen To Photograph For A.C Moore | The Crystal Coast Tourism
BERLIN N.J. JUNE 1, 2016 –
Leading arts and craft retailer, A.C. Moore today announced a partnership with The Crystal Coast – North Carolina’s Gem, launching a video contest in search of a deserving couple who will win a DIY dream wedding. From June 6- August 6, couples are encouraged to create a 1-minute or less video, sharing their love story and why they should win a wedding hosted by A.C. Moore and The Crystal Coast. To qualify, entrants can post their video to the “Craft Me a Crystal Coast Wedding” contest tab on the official A.C. Moore Facebook page or share their video using a public profile on Twitter or Instagram tagging, #WeddingCrafters, @OfficialACMoore and @CrystalCoast_NC.
“Our company is focused on growing its wedding product offerings and hope to help couples create the celebration of their dreams with any budget,” said A.C. Moore CEO Pepe Piperno. “We’re excited to merge the expertise, elegance and charm of our partners David Tutera, the David Tutera Craft Line, Mon Cheri Bridals and The Crystal Coast to exhibit endless possibilities and celebrate a momentous occasion for a lucky couple.”
Evaluated on creativity, effort and originality, the winning couple will be treated to a wedding ceremony and reception on The Crystal Coast, featuring A.C. Moore’s David Tutera Craft lines for décor and special touches, along with travel and accommodations for three nights at a waterfront mansion in the town of Emerald Isle, NC. Hugging the western end of Bogue Banks, Emerald Isle represents one of the only remaining natural barrier island systems in the world and was recently named a “Top 16 Can’t Miss U.S. Beach” by CNN.
“As the inspiration for several Nicholas Sparks novels, the Crystal Coast is beloved as one of the most romantic beach destinations on the eastern seaboard,” said Carol Lohr, the Crystal Coast Tourism Authority executive director. “We are delighted to help the winning couple craft their dream wedding weekend, during which they can enjoy miles of unspoiled beaches, locally-sourced seafood, stunning views of wild Spanish mustang horses roaming freely and most importantly, a picture perfect setting to share I Do’s.”
After consulting with the winners, A.C. Moore will partner with celebrity wedding planner and TV Host David Tutera to curate a ceremony and reception including themed décor from Tutera’s self-titled line of nuptial supplies and decorations. With three collections to choose from: Casual Elegance, Illusion, and Modern Day Fairytale, the lovers will be presented with a range of options to inspire the most rustic, classic and glamorous tastes, for a custom balance of romance, elegance and simplicity. The winners will also be rewarded with a bridal gown and tuxedo designed by Tutera and Mon Cheri Bridals.
