NAVF Gala | Nat'l Assc of Veterans & Families | River Club in Jacksonville, Fl | Non-profit event

We had the honor to capture this very special non-profit gala at The River Club in Downtown Jacksonville in Florida.

We were so grateful to with Amanda Juneau  as well as videographers, and other photojournalists who are involved in this lovely gala every year in order to raise funds and to recognize the veterans who have sacrificed so much. The NAVF - National Association Veterans & Families is a non profit 501(c)3 service organization that is not a government agency or affiliated with any government agency or government department. NAVF receives no Federal, State, or local tax aid.

NAVF was organized for the purpose of providing direct assistance regarding better living and health services for American Senior Veterans and their surviving spouses by operating a veteran’s support center.

Sorting through papers and VA bureaucracy can be overwhelming to many veterans and their spouses. Veterans and Families in particular, have special needs to consider. First, the veterans are not always aware of benefits for which they-or- their spouses are eligible. And the process can be complicated with finding old documents/paperwork, getting new paperwork, and overcoming numerous bureaucratic obstacles. The process without help can take months and years for claims to make their way through the VA. Patience- and- plenty of time is needed, something that many of the elderly veterans don’t have. NAVF’s charge is to help guide the vets through the complicated paperwork and appeals system of the Veterans Administration quickly and efficiently.

Vets matter to all Americans.

We owe our country’s freedom to our veterans and their families. It is a debt that we all are responsible. That debt doesn’t stop when the war is over- it continues from one generation to the next. God Bless America! God Bless our troops! God Bless our Veterans!

It is with great pride that we are able to help our nation’s veterans and families get the benefits that they so richly deserve.

The appreciation that we receive from the veterans that we help may seem like a small thing to some people but to our staff, it is the greatest payment that anyone can receive.
